Deciding to seek help is an important first step. It can be hard to know which psychotherapist to choose.

My mission is to provide you with a non-judgmental, empathic, and supportive environment that will help facilitate a growth-promoting relationship. I hope that this website will give you further information about who I am and how working with me can benefit you.

Although I am expertly trained in the aforementioned conditions, I also specialize in play therapy and the treatment of adolescents.

Adolescence is a difficult stage for most of us. An adolescent's task is to develop cognitively and intellectually to be able to meet the demands of adulthood. Social relationships with peers also become very important as adolescents develop their sexuality and seek independence from their parents. Society presents our adolescents with mounting challenges such as peer pressure, divorce of parents, and conflicting messages from the media. My role is to help facilitate emotionally appropriate transitions with the adolescent and their family.
